1 & 2-DAY SNOWKITING/KITEBOARDING COURSE
DAY 1 - We begin by learning wind theory followed by trainer kite lessons(1.5-3 meters) or regular kite with short lines. This kite/line lenght is excellent for learning as its size/lenght makes beginners mistakes forgivable while attaining the proper skills to learn how to fly the bigger kites with regular lines. From there we move on to the big kites! We learn how to rig up the kite, activation of safety mechanisms, and kite-control.
DAY 2 - Ready to ride? The last class is focus on learning how to ride our board/skis! We begin by, of course, riding our board/skis. We learn launching and landing our kite, riding down and upwind. Finishing up with learning how to pack our kite.
That being said, everyone progresses differently, and the course will train participants individually at the level they are at.

-Kite gear and lessons are included in the price.
-Participants need to bring their own skis or snowboard.

DAY 1 - We meet up at 9.30 at The Radisson Blue in Beitostølen from where we head up to a spot according to the wind conditions. We have lunch at the spot and we stay outside until approximately 16.00.
DAY 2 - Previous day's schedule repeats.
-Skis/snowboard and boots.
-Extra pair of warm boots for resting periods.
-Helmet and goggles.
-Windproofed jacket and pants.
-Big, warm down winter jacket or other type of warm jacket.
-Mittens, beanie, scarf, gloves(inner & outer).
-Wool underwear(2 layers recommended).
-Antifreeze cream and sunscreen.
-Lunch, water, and a thermos to bring something warm to drink for lunch.
-Oversized thick winter jacket if no indoor area is available on the spot for our lunch break.
-Windproof jacket(dress accordingly to weather).
-Drinks and lunch.
-Please book way ahead of time(at least 2 weeks in advance) due to availability.
-Send us an email with your name, relevant experience, number of participants, and date you wish to take the course(1 or 2 day course) at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Payments are done through Vipps, invoice is also available by request.
3. SERVICE DELIVERY AND CANCELLATION POLICY
a. The product will be delivered at the custumer's chosen course date.
b. In the given case the customer need to reschedule the course, the customer is allowed to rescedule up until 48h prior to the course, given that there are other dates available.
c. Any cancellations of the course have to be done a minimum of 14 days prior to the course for 100% refund, or no less than 7 days prior to the course for a 50%
refund. Any cancellation done less than 7 days prior to the course are not allegiable for any refund. Rescheduling can, however, as stated in section 3.b, be done up until 48h prior to the course as long as there are availability at later times.
d. Any course bookings done less than 14 days prior to the start date have a 48h cancellation window. Bookings made less than 7 days prior to course date have a 24h cancellation window. After that the policies of section 3.b and 3.c applies.
4. RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL
The custumer has the right to withdrawal according to sections 3.a-d.
5. WIND GUARANTEED
We know that the wind can sometimes be unreliable, and since we want you to be a happy kiter, we offer anyone who does not get the chance to fly their kite at all during a course an opportunity to reschedule their course at a later time. Subject to availability.
If you for any reason should not be satisfied with your course, please send a written compaint to email@example.com, preferably witin 14 days after your course is done.
Depending on the extention of the complaint, possible solutions can be, but are not limited to, a new course at a later time, partial refund, or full refund.

8. CONFLICT RESOLUTION
Written complaints should be given to Kite Valdres within a reasonable time in accordance with section 6. If we do not succeed in finding a resolution, you as a buyer may contact Forbrukertilsynet to use as a mediator.
